How We Use Your Information
Your contact details may be used to send you general church announcements, greeting cards, newsletter, event updates and reminders, worship service changes, and/or urgent alerts (e.g., weather closures).
Messages may be sent through SMS (text messages), MMS (multimedia messages), email, automated or live phone calls, mobile app notifications (including push alerts), and/or the United States Postal Service.
How to Opt-In
By providing your contact information and communication preferences through sign-up forms (online or in person), event registrations, or text opt-in campaigns, you are opting in to receive messages from Steele Creek Presbyterian Church at Pleasant Hill.
You may also opt in by texting a designated keyword (such as “JOIN”) to our official messaging number when provided.
How To Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time using the following methods:
Using Church Center - complete this form--> Communications Request Form - Steele Creek Presbyterian Church at Pleasant Hill This will allow you to change your email, text and phone call options.
Text Messages (SMS/MMS) - Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. This will stop only the text messages.
Emails - Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any mass email from us. This will stop only the mass emails coming through a third-party service such as MailChimp.
Phone Calls - Contact our office at 704-588-1290 or email office@steelecreekchurch.org to request removal from call lists.
Mobile App Notifications - Adjust your notification preferences directly within the church’s mobile app settings.
General Preferences - You can update or revoke your communication preferences anytime by contacting us at 704-588-1290 or office@steelecreekchurch.org.
