J-Music Rehearsal and Concert
The J-Music kids have been very busy learning their songs these past few months and are excited to share all their hard work on Mother's Day! We have an important rehearsal Saturday, May 9th from 9:45 a.m. - 11 a.m. in the sanctuary and then we'll warm up on Sunday, May 10th at 9 a.m. in the sanctuary. Questions? ANNUAL MOTHER'S DAY PRESENTATION
The J-Music kids have been very busy learning their songs these past few months and are excited to share all their hard work! Because they'll be singing during our worship service on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10th, it's very important that every child attends our rehearsal the day before on Saturday, May 9th. This is when we practice onstage, learn where to stand, and put all the pieces together so their portion of the service runs smoothly.
Here's the schedule:
Saturday, May 9th, 9:45 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Saturday morning rehearsal in the sanctuary for J-Music kids. They do NOT need to dress up. Please arrive in casual attire.
Sunday, May 10th, 9:00 a.m.
Children meet in the choir suite for warmup. Dress adorably. They will be dismissed at 9:30 a.m. and then present their songs during the 10:30 a.m. worship service.
Thank you for making this a priority - we want every young person to shine and having the full group present makes all the difference.

Hello, SCPCPH Family!
The Children’s Choir is a vital part of our worship here at SCPCPH and our goal is to make the experience accessible for everyone who wants to participate. In order to accomplish this, the Children’s Choir will now be part of the J-Music Children’s Worship Experience and meet during the worship service.
The benefits to this are many. It will allow for a more relaxed start to your day (no more getting the kids here by 9 am!), it will give the opportunity for more children of all ages to worship through music, and it creates an opportunity for children who have aged out of J-Walkers to participate in a way that is meaningful for their particular age group.
Children ages 4-12 are invited to participate in our J-Music Children’s Choir program each Sunday following the Children’s Message, where they’ll be preparing for a Mother’s Day Musical Offering to present during the May 10th worship service. All children are invited, even if they attend only one or all of the J-Music sessions.
If your child would prefer to attend J-Walkers during this time, they are welcome to do so.
