This event is an outside event on November 7. It will move inside the gym in the event of excessively rainy weather. Cold temperatures will not be a cause for relocation. Dress warmly.

Electricity is largely unavailable in the lot. If you run 3-D printing machines and such, you may need to bring a power pack.

The approx. 12'x15' space you have is one-and-one-half parking spaces. This should allow for most 10'x10' canopies. Your car will be parked in a different lot.

Bathrooms are available.

Currently (Aug. 7, '26), no food trucks or other food offering is scheduled. If you know of a food truck that wants to attend at their expense, connect us!

We have 5' round tables available as an add-on of $5. These will be rolled out and set-up for you. Tablecloths not included.
